The UNI-Europa Graphical Collective Bargaining Survey is conducted, and updated, on an annual basis. The Survey contains data on:
- pay and employment conditions throughout the graphical industries of Europe
- the content of collective agreements concluded by graphical unions in Europe
- an analysis of trends in collective agreements in the European graphical industry
The Annual Collective Bargaining Survey is Uni-Europa’s main instrument for collecting information on a regular basis, on graphical trade union wage and employment conditions improvement demands and agreements made. It is also the means b which collective agreements in the sector are monitored.
The Survey also maintains the progress made towards achieving harmonisation of collective bargaining outcomes within the European graphical sector and helps identify the key priorities for the subsequent collective bargaining round. All this depends on each affiliate providing Uni-Europa Graphical secretariat with an update of changes to their national agreements following the end of each negotiating round.
